Here is a great video from Gitomer on Life Long learning. I agree with him that if you are not in a job you love or are passionate about you will lag behind everyone else, only put in what is required and never excel or reach your full potential. It also seems to be true that a daily commitment to investing one hour a day to reading, learning and improving yourself pays off within a very short amount of time.
