Two former Bear Stearn hedge fund managers are now facing criminal charges, accused of misleading investors when their hedge fund started to break down. I am very interested to see how this case unfolds because as quotes from these two hedge fund managers emerge, each could be seen as part of relatively normal day to day evaluations of how the market or portfolios are performing during volatile markets.
