She reportedly has a new job with hedge fund firm Metropolitan Capital Advisors.
Metropolitan Capital, a $400 million firm that was founded by CNBC “Fast Money” contributor Karen Finerman, has hired Spitzer to do capital fund-raising, according to a report in New York Magazine.
Someone who answered the phone at Metropolitan Capital confirmed to HedgeFund.net that Spitzer had been hired. Although she declined to give her name, she said, “We are thrilled to have her.”
A publicist for Spitzer did not return a phone call seeking further comment. source
