Investment Asset Class | Definition
(1) A grouping of similar investments or assets, such as stocks, bonds, real estate and international securities.
(2) A category of investment that has a distinguishable risk and return pattern. US Fixed Income and Emerging Markets stocks are examples of broad asset classes.
