Company Master Retirement Trust | Definition

A pooling of directed and/or discretionary trust (a discretionary trust is one in which the bank is trustee and also has investment responsibility for all or part of the assets). The "pure" definition is pooling of one sponsor's assets which include multiple managers and multiple plans under one trust agreement.
